# Delete your Movea account

How to get your account in Movea, the app from B2X ApS, deleted, and what happens to your data afterwards.

## Who we are

Movea is software for moving companies, developed by B2X ApS, CVR 46399250, Sofienhøjvej 10, 3. th., 2300 København S. This page covers the Movea app for iOS and Android as well as Movea in the browser.

## How to request deletion

Your Movea account belongs to the company you work for, so an administrator there deletes it. Contact them and ask them to remove you from Movea. The app says the same under Profile → Delete account.

If you can't reach your administrator, or you no longer work there, email info@movea.dk from the address your account was created with. We'll confirm that it's your account, let the company know and delete the account no later than 30 days after we receive your request.

## What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

- Your name, email and phone number.
- Your profile picture.
- Your password, two-factor setup and active sessions.
- The date you last used Movea.

## What is kept, and for how long

Some of what you've recorded is part of the company's operations and accounts. It stays with the company, but without your name.

- Tasks, hours and damage reports you've recorded: with the company without your name, for as long as the company uses Movea and at most 90 days after the agreement ends.
- Hours and invoices that are part of the bookkeeping: for five years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
- Technical logs, such as IP address and time: for at most 90 days.
