## We know the day, even when it slips.

These are the things that cost time and money in a moving company, and the ones Movea is built to remove. If you recognise something that isn’t here, that is exactly what we want to hear.

### The plan changes at ten o’clock

One man calls in sick, and a customer moves their date by a day. In Movea you move the job, and the system says no if the crew or the van is already booked.

### The van was due for inspection

Inspections and servicing sit in the same calendar as the jobs, and you get a message 45 days before. A blocked van can’t be put on a new job.

### The invoice waits until next week

Hours and kilometres are already on the job. The invoice is created from there in one click, and Movea asks if a job is closed without one.

### What did we actually make?

Every job shows revenue minus labour, fuel and overhead. You see the margin while there’s still time to do something about the next one.

### Who got the message?

SMS to the whole crew in one click. Afterwards you can see exactly who received it, and whether it got through.

### The kit disappears

Sack trucks, straps and tools are assigned to the job and signed back in, so you know where they last were.
