What does Movea replace?

Usually spreadsheets, a shared calendar, phone calls to the crew and invoices typed up from scratch. In Movea the quote, the job in the calendar, the crew’s hours and damage reports and the invoice are one and the same job, so nothing is entered twice.

Is there an app for the movers?

Yes. Movea App for iPhone and Android shows the day’s jobs, the route, the equipment and the customer’s details. The crew log time, report damage with photos and message the office on each job. The app is available in English, Danish and Swedish.

Does Movea work with e-conomic and Dinero?

Yes. Invoices from Movea sync to e-conomic and Dinero, so nobody copies them into the books by hand. The integration is included in the per-user price.

What does Movea cost?

Movea is free until 1 January 2027 for moving companies that book a demo and set up a subscription before then. From 1 January 2027 the subscription continues at the early bird price for 12 months, confirmed in writing when you subscribe, and then at list price: €17 per user per month excl. VAT for the first 15 users and €13 after that.

Where is our data stored?

Within the EU/EEA. The system and database are hosted in Germany, and Movea processes your and your customers’ data as a data processor under a data processing agreement published on movea.dk, together with the list of sub-processors.
