Mobile app
The app is for the people doing the move. The day’s jobs, the route, the time, the equipment and the damage — on the phone they already carry.
The app follows the crew’s day, not the office’s menu. Here it is, screen by screen.
Home shows your jobs today and the next few days, with the time, the address and who you are riding with. If your timer is running, it sits at the top.
The job brings together overview, time, route, damage and equipment. The crew sees the customer, the stops on a map, the vans and who else is on it.
Start and stop the time with one tap. The clock is kept on the server, so the time is the same in the app, on the Lock Screen and in the office. If something gets damaged, it is reported with severity, a note and photos before the van leaves.
Every job has its own chat between the crew and the office, and the messages stay on the job. Under Holiday & absence, employees see their holiday balance, request a holiday and call in sick.
The things that don’t fill a screen but make the difference in a van with five people and one phone.
Without “Remember me” you are signed out after 12 hours. A phone passed around the crew should not stay signed in overnight.
A crew member sees their own jobs, not the company’s finances. With access to all jobs, Home shows the company overview instead.
Turn on two-factor right in the app. The code opens in the authenticator app already on the phone.
The app speaks the user’s language and follows the choice made in the workspace.
The app follows the phone’s theme, so it reads in the sun on the pavement and in a dark basement.
The app costs nothing extra. People in the office and in the van have the same user price.
20 minutes online, where we set up your rates, crews and vans and run a real move through the system. No lock-in, no installation.
