Terms of the free period
Six things to know before you start. None of them are in small print.
- Who it's for
- Moving companies that book a demo and set up a subscription before 1 January 2027. It is a binding offer from us, not a statement of intent.
- €0 until 1 January 2027
- From the day you set up your subscription, you pay €0 for Movea. That covers every user, in the office and in the van, and everything in the system, including integration with e-conomic and Dinero.
- No card, no lock-in
- We don't ask for a payment card. Cancel before 1 January 2027 and it has cost you nothing.
- Then early bird
- From 1 January 2027 the subscription continues at €13 per user for the first 15 and €10 after that, for 12 months. We confirm that price in writing when you set up the subscription. After that, the list price applies.
- No surprises
- We write to you before the first paid period begins, so you always know what happens and when.
- You keep what you got
- If we close the offer to new sign-ups before 1 January 2027, companies already on it keep the free period. The offer cannot be transferred to others.

Book a demo before launch and we put you on the list for the early bird scheme. The price we are working to be able to offer is €13 per user per month for the first 15 users and €10 after that, for the first 12 months. The scheme is without obligation until we have confirmed the price in writing. The list price from launch is €17 and €13.

The conditions, no small print
- The scheme is for moving companies that book a demo before launch. A demo does not commit you to anything.
- The early bird price applies for 12 months from the day your subscription starts — or from 1 January 2027 if you are on the free period. After that, the list price in force at that time applies.
- Early bird is a statement of intent and is made without obligation. Being put on the list does not entitle you to the price. The price is only agreed once we have confirmed it to you in writing, in connection with you setting up a subscription.
- Until then we may change, limit or close the scheme, for example if the launch moves or our costs change. If we do, we will write to everyone who is on the list.
- Launch is the day we announce on movea.dk that Movea has opened to customers. The list price is the price Movea is sold at from launch; it has not been charged yet.
- All prices exclude VAT.

If you already pass invoices on to the bookkeeping, Movea can do it for you. You pick one system from e-conomic and Dinero — at no extra cost, whichever one, and however many users you are.

- Can we use Movea for free?
- Yes. Book a demo and set up a subscription before 1 January 2027, and you pay €0 until 1 January 2027, for every user and everything in the system. No payment card and no lock-in. - What counts as a user?
- Anyone who logs in, both at the office and in the van. There aren’t two kinds of licence, and the crew in the van doesn’t cost extra on top.
- What is the integration with e-conomic and Dinero?
- It’s included in the per-user price. You pick one of the supported systems, right now e-conomic and Dinero, and invoices from Movea sync to the bookkeeping without you copying anything. Billy is on the way, but not ready yet.
- Is there any lock-in?
- No. No lock-in and no installation.
- Do we have to install anything?
- No. Movea runs in the browser at the office, and the crew in the van uses the same system on their phone. There’s nothing to download and keep updated.
- Can we try it on our own jobs?
- That’s exactly what the demo is. We set up your rates, crews and vans and run a real move through the system. 20 minutes online.
- Which languages is it available in?
- Movea App is available in Danish, English and Swedish, so a mixed crew can work in their own language in the same system.
